5、客户审核应对:对客户提出的问题进行解答和应对;
6、工艺参数研究与调整:在生产过程中,实时监控工艺参数,如温度、压力、速度、时间等,确保参数在设定的范围内。
7、质量控制与改进:建立和执行质量控制体系,制定质量检验标准和方法,如外观检查标准、电气性能测试要求等。
8、异常问题处理:对生产过程中出现的突发异常问题,如设备故障、原材料质量问题、工艺参数失控等,迅速组织力量进行处理。
9、制定应急处理方案,尽量减少对生产进度和产品质量的影响。

1、PCBA 工艺流程知识:
2、精通从 PCB 设计到 PCBA 制造的整个流程,包括原理图设计审核、PCB 布局布线规则、样板制作、元器件选型与采购、贴片(SMT)和插件(THT) 工艺、焊接工艺、清洗工艺、检测工艺和返修工艺等各个环节。
3、能够读懂并分析复杂的电控 PCBA 电路图,包括电源电路、控制电路、通信电路等。可以根据电路功能要求,评估设计的合理性,提出优化建议。
4、熟练掌握各种焊接技术,如手工焊接、波峰焊、回流焊等。了解不同焊接技术的工艺参数、适用范围和质量控制要点。
5、掌握 PCBA 的各种检测方法,如外观检查、自动光学检测 (AOI)、X - Ray 检测、在线测试(ICT)和功能测试(FCT)等。能够根据产品的质量要求和生产批量,制定合理的检测方案。
