岗位职责：
1、负责公司主数据系统及基础服务的设计、开发和迭代优化，确保系统的稳定性、可扩展性和可维护性；
2、负责技术方案设计与文档编写，主导功能联调与全面自测，统筹版本发布管理；
3、负责持续对系统进行性能分析、瓶颈诊断和调优，提升系统处理能力和资源利用率；
4、负责线上复杂问题的排查和解决，具备快速定位和修复生产环境故障的能力；
任职要求：
1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，8年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，近2年全职担任核心开发岗位；
2、精通 Java 8 及以上版本，熟练掌握 Spring 全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等），深入理解微服务架构设计思想与分布式系统原理；
3、熟练使用 Redis、Kafka、RocketMQ、Elasticsearch、XXL-JOB、MinIO、MyBatis、MyBatis-Plus 等主流中间件，了解其底层原理与实践；
4、熟练使用 MySQL 等关系型数据库，能熟练编写复杂 SQL 脚本，具备丰富的 SQL 性能优化经验与实践案例；
5、熟练掌握 Linux 操作系统常用命令及系统配置；
6、深入理解常用设计模式，能结合业务场景灵活应用于实际开发中；
7、具备较强的独立分析与解决复杂技术问题的能力，拥有优秀的沟通协作能力与快速学习能力；
