任职资格：

2. 三年以上化工、医药行业安全环保部门主要管理岗位工作经验。
3. 熟悉国家关于EHS方面的各种规范和要求，熟悉化学品的危险性和应对措施，有安全、环保“三同时”实际经验为佳。
4. 具有良好的计划和组织能力、沟通和协调能力、分析和解决问题能力、人员管理和团队建设能力。
5. 具备药企安全管理能力，有化学相关知识背景、注册安全工程师优先。
6. 诚实守信，遵纪守法，勒奋、谨慎、具备良好的职业操守。
7. 熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，性格温和，做事稳重踏实。
