8、关注技术细节，并能根据业务需求和相关数据，提出技术和架构上的改进；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上（含5年）相关工作经验；

2、JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解

3、精通Java应用系统技术栈，包括服务器，中间件，数据库，缓存，存储解决方案，线上运维等；

4、熟练掌握Springboot/SpringMVC，SpringCloud 的开源框架，对其核心思想、实现原理有一定认知；

5、熟悉主流SQL数据库系统（MySql/Oracle/sqlserver），NoSQL存储系统；

6、具备优秀的文档能力，使用文字、图示清楚地表达架构意图，熟练编写各类技术文档；

7、具有娴熟的沟通技巧，执行力强，具有优秀的团队合作精神、敬业精神；

8、熟悉领域驱动设计(DDD)概念，有具体项目实践经验优先；
