1、能够完成电子元器件库的制作、维护与管理；
2、能够和机械工程师进行良好沟通，并确定主要器件的布局及评估；
3 、能够独立完成PCB布局、布线、设计，组织Layout设计技术评审，制作PCB及SMT生产文件；
4 、能够和PCB供应商良好沟通，解决生产过程中的技术问题，控制产品成本，持续改进。
任职资格：
1、系统性PCB设计培训优先；
2、3年以上工作经验，熟悉PCB的制造流程和SMT工艺流程；
3、具备大电流、高功率的Layout设计经验；
4、本科以上学历，电气工程相关专业；
5、熟练使用Cadence/Allegro软件；
6、对EMC有一定的认识和理解；
7、有较强的主动学习能力，具有良好的团队协作精神。
