职位描述
1、负责广告投放数据平台服务端开发工作，负责服务端媒体侧投放对接，用户归因及回传策略优化，投放侧用户承接路径优化；
2、参与数据系统得开发工作，对数据报表、媒体侧自动化投放策略、广告预警、人群画像，广告创意样式优化等相关开发工作；
3、参与系统架构设计及优化，技术预研和技术难点攻关，保障系统可用性、稳定性、可扩展性；
4、参与复杂业务场景系统架构设计、性能优化，持续改善现有服务，挖掘系统薄弱点并优化。

职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等计算机相关专业；
2、具有海外google/facebook/tiktok等媒体侧等相关广告投放系统承接经验优先；
3、具备数据系统开发经验；
4、具备扎实的计算机基础和编程基础，掌握常用的数据结构和算法；
5、精通或熟练使用Java并能熟练运用常用的springboot、mybatis-puls、dubbo、springcloud等开发框架；
6、熟练使用rocketmq、redis、nginx等中间件；
7、熟练使用mysql、Hive、doris等数据库，具备较强的sql性能调优能力；
8、熟悉js、jquery、bootstarp、vue等前端框架，具有前后端结合开发能力；
9、积极乐观，责任心强，具备较强的执行与推动能力，有一定抗压力。
