主要职责
1、负责业务需求分析,进行服务端功能模块的设计、开发和迭代。
2、编写高质量、可维护、高性能的Javaa代码,确保系统稳定可靠。
3、参与系统架构设计、技术选型与性能优化,保障系统扩展性与可用性。
4、编写技术文档,并与前端、测试、产品等团队成员高效协作。
5、负责研发小组的管理，以及项目的实施部署。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上Java后端开发经验。
2、扎实的Java基础,熟悉spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架。
3、熟悉MySQL等数据库,具备良好的数据库设计与SQL优化能力。
4、了解微服务架构、缓存技术(如Reddis)、消息队列(如Kafka/RabbitMQ))等常用中间件。
5、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题解决能力和团队协作精神。
6、熟悉国产化部署环境，麒麟、东方通、普元、达梦、海量等，能够在国产化环境中进行开发及部署。
7、对信息化安全有足够的认知，能够配合完成项目三测、等保及安全漏洞整改等工作。
8、需对大数据的处理有丰富经验，能够完成数据的清洗、治理、融合加工等工作。
