岗位职责：
1、负责全芯片的测试计划和测试结构定义；
2、从事DFT设计流程改进、DFT的实现和验证，包括MBIST、SCAN、boundary scan、和IP功能测试设计及验证；
3、负责DFT各个测试项的前仿，后仿验证及测试向量生成；
4、完成DFT相关的STA/power/IR方面的Signoff；
5、与测试和产品团队协作，完成芯片ATE测试和良率分析，负责解决芯片量产过程中出现的任何测试问题。
岗位要求：
1、精通DFT技术和设计流程、仿真debug和芯片测试；
2、熟悉数字逻辑设计、综合、静态时序分析；
3、熟练掌握Shell/TCL/Perl或其它类似的脚本语言编程和建设自动化设计流程；
4、具有成功量产芯片的设计经验；
5、具有ATE操作经验尤佳。
