岗位职责：
负责小组管理工作，指导并协助组员开展日常生产计划相关事宜，对接计划组成员精准拆解需求计划，统筹落实备料规划、供应链协同及产出交付全流程，确保需求与执行同频。
负责代工厂全流程管理，建立常态化沟通机制，实时掌握代工厂产能负荷、生产周期波动情况，优化代工厂资源配置，保障产能稳定供给。
主导下单方案设计与优化，覆盖基板、封装、测试、辅料等全环节，结合生产需求、库存情况及成本控制目标，制定科学合理的下单策略，规避生产风险。
全程跟进生产产出进度，对代工厂生产执行过程进行动态监控，及时收集生产过程中的异常信息，协调内外部资源处理各类问题，保障生产流程顺畅高效，确保按时按质完成产出目标。
负责产品良率数据的汇总、分析与跟踪，敏锐捕捉良率数据变化趋势，评估其对产出计划的影响，及时调整生产计划及相关策略，提升生产效率与产品合格率。
负责库存数据的核对和监控，精准把控库存动态，优化库存结构，规避库存积压或短缺风险，保障生产连续性，降低库存成本。
积极配合领导完成各项交办任务，主动对接跨部门工作，推动生产计划相关工作落地见效。
岗位要求：
理工类专业（电子、微电子、半导体等相关专业）优先；
熟悉晶圆厂、封装测试公司生产计划运作模式，精通集成电路全流程生产工艺（重点掌握封测环节），有封测行业生产计划、代工厂管理相关工作经验者优先。
具备极强的逻辑思维能力和数字敏感度，能快速分析生产数据、识别问题并提出解决方案；具备良好的统筹协调能力和沟通表达能力，能高效对接内外部相关方。
工作积极主动、责任心强，具备优秀的学习能力和抗压能力，乐于关注半导体、封测领域新技术、新趋势，能快速适应行业发展及工作需求。
