一、职责描述:
1、负责XRD、XPS设备的日常运行维护、点检、故障排查与应急处理；
2、负责设备相关配件、耗材的库存管理、采购计划制定与执行，保障设备正常运行；
3、负责编制和持续更新设备的技术档案，包括设备配置、技术参数、维护记录等；
4、编写并完善设备操作手册、使用规范、安全注意事项等技术文档，确保用户能够安全、规范地使用设备；
5、负责XRD与XPS咨询、培训、测试、数据处理与解析等相关的技术支持服务；
6、负责相关设备测试方法开发、设备功能拓展与技术优化，提升平台技术服务能力与用户满意度；
7、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
二、任职要求:
1、学历/学位要求：硕士研究生及以上；
2、专业要求：化学、物理、材料、催化等相关专业；
3、具有XRD、XPS或相关大型科学仪器的操作、维护、管理或技术支持经验者优先；
4、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟悉XRD、XPS图谱的解析，有相关实际分析经验者优先。
