岗位职责：
1.针对公司业务需求，能使用Python 进行量化系统开发、数据清洗、数据分析等相关工作；
2.应用程序架构的设计之初就能充分考虑到如何保障系统未来的可用性、稳定性和可拓展性;
3.负责基于 Python 的 web 应用程序的前后端设计、研发和优化工作，按照项目计划完成开发任务;
3.与团队成员在功能、交互和数据接口需求层面保持良好沟通，确保项目交付成果满足预期；
4.优化代码结构并保持良好的可读性、兼容性与规范性，并参与建设公司公共组件库与系统标准开发规范；
5.负责有助于提高研发效率的新技术和新工具的研究、验证、落地，并在公司内推广等。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有3年以上全栈开发经验；
2.熟练掌握 Vue 主流前端框架；
3.熟练掌握 Python 及其相关技术框架；
4.熟练使用 Mysql 数据库;
5.熟悉Linux系统/shell脚本;
6.熟练掌握至少一种主流前端可视化图表库，例如 ag-grid；
7.熟悉前后端鉴权和认证的流程；
8. 有技术文档编写习惯和良好的口头书面沟通能力。
