3、通过经验萃取方法和技巧，主导或协同开发各部门符合需求的培训课程、教材；
4、建立并持续完善公司培训课程体系和内训师管理体系；
5、统筹、组织、协调各类培训项目的实施（内训、外训、线上、线下、工作坊等），确保流程顺畅高效；
6、负责新员工入职培训中，人力行政类课程的授课，业务部门类课程的跟进完成；
7、建立并持续完善公司人员培训记录库，有针对性的提出人才培养计划。
任职资格：
1、人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上同行业经验，5年以上同岗工作经验
3、招聘实操经验：同行业2年以上，具备从总部到项目部的各岗位招聘经验；
4、培训实操经验；同行业3年以上，具备编制培训课件能力；
