一、岗位职责:

二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或企业管理专业；
2、5年以上人力资源工作经验，有大、中型公司人事工作经验，熟悉入转调离和薪酬核算优先；
3、了解人力资源各模块工作，并具备招聘、绩效、培训、员工关系中两个以上人力资源模块的实操经验，熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规； 4、沟通能力强，执行力强，团队协作能力强。
