工作职责
1.负责先进工艺超大规模芯片的DFT方案设计、测试电路的产生与数据交付；
2.负责DFT团队建设，先进DFT流程的研究，建设自动化设计平台；
3.进行DFT设计方法学的研究，包括低DPPM、低成本、高可靠性等方面的DFT实现技术；
4.负责DFT模式时序约束文件产生，协同团队进行相关时序与功耗收敛；
5.负责CP/FT测试程序的开发调试和故障诊断，测试程序优化、良率提升;
任职资格
1.8年以上DFT相关工作经验,具有车规芯DFT经验更佳；
2.具备大规模先进工艺SOC芯片Full Chip DFT经验，具备SSN设计经验优先；
3.熟练掌握Verilog / Tcl / Perl / python等相关脚本语言;
4.熟练掌握DFT(MBIST/ATPG/BSD)相关EDA (如Mentor/Synopsys) 工具;
5.熟悉DFT诊断及良率分析;
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
