• Qualifications
o 10+ years of investigations experience
o Experience conducting investigations in a corporate setting
o Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to advise, counsel interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders
o Strong presentations skills
o Self-motivated, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision
o Able to exercise sound judgment in resolving complex matters escalating matters appropriately
o Demonstrated accuracy attention to detail
o Law Degree
o Fluency in Chinese English
o Strong writing skills

• Responsibilities
o Responsible fall aspects of investigating E&C reports of employee misconduct in APAC EMEA
o Understcompany CoC, policies procedures to identify non-compliance
o Lead, conduct document complex internal investigations
o Draft concise accurate reports, including executive-level summaries of investigations, presentations providing an overview of the key issues, findings, trends, outcomes related to investigations
o Build consensus around remediation/discipline with relevant stakeholders, providing an appropriate level of guidance from an E&C perspective
o Present updates on investigations, including investigation trends remediation, to senileadership at various forums (e.g., regular updates to Legal, HR, Internal Audit, etc.)
o Ensure case files are complete information is accurately reflected in case management tool (Navex)
o Review data metrics to identify trends to conduct root cause analysis
o Provide training to employees functional partners on speak-up, non-retaliation, investigations process, etc.
o Provide guidance/mentorship to juniinvestigator(s) on best practices in conducting investigations
o Reports to the Head of Global Investigations
