岗位职责：
1、参与业务模块的Python开发工作，负责核心功能代码编写、调试与优化，保障模块功能稳定高效运行。
2、负责微服务间的接口对接与数据流转，参与Docker容器化部署及服务运维支持。
3、负责搭建模型训练平台等相关开发工作。
4、配合技术团队完成需求分析与技术方案设计，基于业务场景选择合适的技术方案，确保开发任务按时交付。
5、配合团队进行代码审查，遵循编码规范，参与项目测试与问题修复，持续提升代码质量
6、跟踪Python及AI应用领域技术动态，在团队内分享经验，协助沉淀技术文档与通用组件。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息工程等相关专业，5年以上Python开发经验，有AI应用或数据处理相关项目经验者优先。
2、熟练使用FastAPI/Flask等Web框架，有接口设计与性能调优经验。
3、熟悉 Llama Factory、Ultralytics 应用优先。
4、熟悉MySQL/MongoDB等数据库，熟悉Redis缓存的常见使用场景。
5、有OpenCV/FFmpeg等音视频或图像处理的工程化经验者优先。
6、熟悉Linux环境，有Docker容器化部署经验。
