岗位职责
1. 系统开发：参与数字化生产管理系统（如生产排程、质量管控、供应链协同等模块）的需求分析与代码实现，协助完成功能开发与测试；
2. 技术落地：结合制造业场景（如工单管理、设备数据采集、工艺参数优化等），运用Java技术解决生产管理中的实际问题；
3. 协作优化：与生产部门、测试团队紧密配合，根据业务反馈优化系统流程，提升生产效率；
4. 技术学习：掌握制造业信息化相关技术（如工业物联网协议、数据可视化工具），参与前沿技术调研与应用。

任职要求
1. 学历与专业：2025届 985/211 高校全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数学等相关专业；
2. 技术基础：
- 扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架，了解分布式系统设计思想；
- 掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL等数据库原理；
- 对Web开发（HTTP协议、RESTful API、前后端分离架构）有实践经验者优先；
3. 行业认知：对制造业数字化转型有兴趣，愿意深入理解生产流程（如注塑工艺、精益生产等），具备跨领域学习能力；
4. 职业素养：逻辑清晰，善于沟通协作，能快速响应需求变化；有开源项目、技术竞赛或制造业实习经历（如ERP系统开发、工业软件测试）者优先。
