3、熟练掌握JAVA语言，熟练掌握linux操作及维护，熟练使用Oracle、SQL server等大型数据库。了解数据通讯协议、网络协议，熟悉软件开发、测试全过程。
4、善于团队合作，有独立的解决问题能力和自主学习的习惯以及较强的逻辑分析能力，思维敏捷、具有创新精神和意识，有责任心，能够承担压力；
5、熟悉项目过程，英语四级以上。
