岗位职责
1.负责核心业务功能的后端开发、测试与维护，熟练使用Java、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud及相关技术栈。
2.负责数据库（MySQL）、缓存（Redis）、消息队列等中间件的集成、开发与性能优化。
3.能够熟练运用各类AI辅助研发工具（如Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude等）进行日常编码、代码优化、BUG修复和文档编写，显著提升开发效率。
4.基于Docker等容器化技术进行应用的部署与运维，熟悉若依(Ruoyi)等开源框架的二次开发。
5.编写清晰的技术文档，并与团队成员高效协作，确保项目高质量交付。
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上Java后端开发经验，熟练掌握Spring Boot/Cloud微服务架构。
2.能够熟练使用AI辅助研发工具（如Cursor、GitHub Copilot等），并拥有在真实项目中应用的成功经验。
3.熟练掌握MySQL、Redis及至少一种消息队列，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力。
4.具备Docker等容器化技术的实际使用经验，了解若依(Ruoyi)框架者优先。
5.具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、团队合作精神和主动学习新技术的能力。
