岗位职责：
（一）负责孪生Unity可视化开发
1. 负责基于Unity引擎孪生可视化系统研发，包括三维场景搭建、模型管理、交互功能开发等工作。
2. 负责项目数字化场景建设，实现真实环境、设备及业务流程的三维可视化展示。
3. 根据项目需求完成模型导入、场景布局优化、动画效果设计以及交互逻辑实现。
（二）负责三维可视化效果优化
1. 负责数字孪生场景视觉效果优化，包括材质、灯光、Shader、动画等效果调整。
2. 针对项目展示需求，持续提升系统沉浸感、真实性和交互体验。
3. 负责Unity项目性能优化，包括资源管理、运行效率优化以及多平台适配。
（三）负责项目工程化开发及交付支撑
1. 负责Unity相关功能模块设计、开发和维护。
2. 负责C#程序开发，实现系统功能逻辑及业务交互。
3. 配合后台系统、数据接口进行联调，实现数据驱动的动态展示效果。
4. 支撑项目现场部署、测试、演示及问题定位，保障项目稳定运行。
任职要求
1. 计算机、软件工程、数字媒体技术、游戏开发或相关专业优先。
2. 具备较丰富的Unity开发经验，能够独立完成Unity项目开发工作，有完整项目交付经验者优先。
3. 熟练掌握C#语言，具备良好的面向对象编程能力和工程代码规范。
4. 熟悉Unity三维开发流程，包括：三维模型导入与优化、场景搭建与资源管理、材质、Shader及渲染效果调整、动画系统及交互逻辑开发、程序性能优化。
5. 具备数字孪生、工业可视化、装备仿真、智慧场景等相关项目经验者优先。
6. 具备较强的问题分析和独立解决能力，能够承担从需求理解、技术方案设计、功能开发到现场交付的全过程工作。
7. 具有良好的沟通能力、责任意识和团队协作能力，能够适应项目研发及现场实施需求。
