岗位职责：
1. 负责海外游戏客户端核心功能设计和实现；
2. 设计和实现游戏开发中用到的业务工具扩展；
3. 解决逻辑业务疑难Bug，持续关注和解决逻辑业务性能优化问题；
4. 与策划、美术设计师有效沟通合作，实现项目需求的高质量实施；
5. 管理游戏客户端架构和业务组，分配任务，对客户端程序质量和进度负责。
任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 3年以上游戏行业U3D开发经验，完整参与过至少一款上线项目的主程经验；
3. 熟悉使用Unity3D与C#，有扎实的代码功底和良好代码结构意识；
4. 理解性能优化基本原则，能使用 Profiler / Memory 等工具进行瓶颈分析与优化
5. 深入理解Unity3D的资源管理、UI、场景、动画系统（如 DOTween）、UI框架封装实战经验；
6. 在图形渲染、物理、算法、性能优化、调试、安全等领域有深入研究者优先考虑；
7. 思维严谨，逻辑清晰，有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力，热爱游戏，对游戏玩法与行业有自己的见解；
