1.独立负责系统设计与实施，并完成核心系统研发工作，确保项目的进度和质量。
2.参与业务规则梳理，与产品经理、业务方一起设计并讨论业务场景实现；
3.对现有系统的不足进行分析，找到目前系统的瓶颈，进行重构优化和改进，提高系统性能；
4.参与重点项目的设计方案支持与评审，难点攻关。
5.熟练运用 AI 编程与 AI 辅助开发能力提升研发效率，具备AI 问题解决与 AI 幻觉治理能力，对 AI 生成代码进行严谨校验、逻辑验证、安全审查与落地优化，确保代码质量与系统可靠性。

任职要求 :
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机专业或软件工程等专业；
2. 3年及以上Java开发经验, 至少深入研究过一种开源技术框架；
3. 扎实的Java基础知识，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础概念, 对JVM原理有一定的了解；
4. 熟练掌握spring、dubbo、redis、kafka、网络协议等中间件；
5. 有较强的逻辑思维能力与沟通协作能力，并具有一定的项目推动能力；
6. 有过大型的分布式软件系统设计经验优先
7. 具备成熟的 AI 编程与 AI 问题解决能力，熟练使用各类 AI 开发工具，能够识别并解决 AI 幻觉、逻辑错误、安全漏洞等问题，具备严谨的代码校验与工程化落地能力。
