YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES


Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulatory requirements in all work activities.
Maintain the reliability integrity of process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan based on SAP data.
Complete related corrective maintenance tasks as required.
Identify optimize PM content based on condition, counter time status to continuously reduce maintenance costs.
Organize to perform maintenance activities track workders.

Spare Parts Management:
Develop minimum safety stock levels fspare parts based on equipment usage frequency procurement cycles.
Implement spare part localization strategies.

Provide support fproduct transfer projects new factory initiatives.
Share knowledge train other technicians operators to enhance the overall competency of the maintenance production team.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.


WHO YOU ARE


Bachelor’s degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing factory
Strong technical competencies with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, both reading written, with proficiency in English.
Strong ability to work effectively under pressure.
Candidates with experience in OSD pharmaceutical company proficiency in SAP will be given a plus.
