4、协作沟通：负责与外部协作开发团队进行高效技术对接与协同开发，确保项目进度与质量。
任职要求：
1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业。5年及以上Java后端开发经验。
2、技术要求：精通主流Java开发框架：Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Dubbo, MyBatis等。熟练掌握数据库技术：MySQL, Redis；熟悉 MongoDB, Memcached 者优先。扎实掌握常用算法、数据结构、网络编程及多线程编程技术。
3、行业经验：具备至少2年的互联网医疗、医保相关产品或系统的后端开发经验。
4、综合素质：责任心强，学习能力强，具备良好的问题解决能力、抗压能力和团队协作精神。
优先条件：
1、特定业务经验：拥有互联网医院、互联网医疗平台、药店处方流转系统等业务系统开发经验者优先。
2、行业背景：有微医、智云健康、微脉、纳里健康等知名互联网医疗公司工作经验者优先。
3、技术广度：具备H5、客户端(Android/iOS) 等前端开发经验者优先。
