岗位职责：
1、参与公司北斗项目及产品开发的需求及测试用例评审；
2、根据客户需求制定解决方案，并根据需求和设计文档完成核心代码的编写；
3、负责解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题；
4、负责开发相关的文档编写工作；
5、协助具体领域的业务和技术培训工作。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机软件相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，有智慧城市、物联网、车联网相关经历者优先；
2、熟练掌握JVM、多线程等开发技术，熟悉struts2/ spring/ springboot/ mybatis等框架以及原理；
3、熟悉高并发系统，具备解决相关技术问题的经验；
4、熟悉常用RPC框架、缓存（Redis等）、消息（RocketMQ、kafka等）等中间件技术原理以及对应的适用场景, 对后台性能优化、多任务、离线任务处理有丰富经验；
5、熟悉大数据，具有SQL编写及优化能力，并能在设计开发中落地；
6、具备良好的表达能力及学习能力，重视团队合作，有团队管理经验优先。
