1.协助质量经理建立、维护及持续改进GMP质量管理体系，确保符合中国GMP、FDA等法规要求；
2.主导内部审计、外部审计（FDA/EMA/客户）应对及缺陷项整改（CAPA）；
3.负责重大偏差、OOS/OOT事件的调查、处理及闭环管理；
4.主导产品质量回顾分析（APR），监控稳定性考察数据及趋势，提出改进建议；
5.处理客户质量投诉，确保48小时内启动调查并输出闭环报告；
6.协同生产、QC、供应链部门优化质量控制流程，降低质量事故率；
7.编制中英文质量文件（SOP、验证报告、审计报告等）。
任职要求：
1.药学、制药工程、化学相关专业统招本科（一本）及以上学历；
2.3年以上制药行业QA经验（原料药/制剂优先），熟悉FDA审计逻辑；
3.精通偏差调查工具（5W/鱼骨图）、风险评估方法（FMEA）及验证生命周期管理；
4.有FDA、 GMP认证项目实战经验，熟悉ISO 9001或AITF16949体系;
5.熟练使用Excel进行数据分析,抗压能力强，能同时处理多任务，不教条，有忠诚度;
6.英语CET-6级，可撰写英文报告及应对海外审计沟通。
