岗位职责：
1．参与公司服务平台及应用产品相关工作，结合业务需求完成AI提示词的编写、优化及日常管理，配合团队监督AI作业效果，协助公司实现H5/大前端相关需求；同时可参与数据分析、产品设计等相关辅助工作，工作范围不限于H5/大前端领域；
2．配合团队从用户体验、界面呈现等角度优化产品，协助提升页面使用感受，配合实现流畅的视觉效果与使用体验；
3．理解公司前端开发基础流程，配合团队推进前端相关工具与产品的优化，助力提升研发效率；
4．主动对接产品、技术等相关团队，精准理解需求，高效推进工作落地，及时沟通解决工作中的各类问题；
5．关注金融相关领域动态，结合业务需求，将对金融领域的理解融入工作，助力产品贴合金融场景需求。
任职要求：
1．本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先，对金融领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动学习金融相关知识；
2．英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，能顺畅阅读英文技术文档、进行英文沟通，有留学或海外工作经历优先；
3．有1年及以上互联网相关工作经验，了解HTML5、CSS3基础，有前端相关工作经验者优先；
4．具备极强的沟通理解能力，善于倾听需求、表达观点，能高效配合跨部门团队完成工作；
5．对金融领域感兴趣，学习欲望强烈，责任心强，踏实上进，有良好的服务意识和协作精神，工作积极主动；
6．对产品优化有热情，愿意主动沟通、积极思考，主动解决工作中遇到的各类问题，有耐心、有韧性。
