岗位职责：
1.负责发卡业务日常业务运营管理、日常内部和客户后台的建设与维护、数据监查报送与交易处理；
2.负责持卡用户日常运营维护、收费对账、争议或拒付等案例的处理和费用计算；
3.负责客户使用中的开卡、交易管理、账户升级、销户管理等，及时处理客户诉求；
4.负责系统中相关功能的维护与管理，与卡组织联络，确保客诉或争议问题的处理。
任职要求：
1.本科学历，金融/商务/工商管理专业优先；
2.英语流利，可以作为工作语言，熟练使用英语进行书面或电话工作处理；
3.有3-5年以上工作经验，熟悉卡片发行业务或相关工作，熟练使用数据分析工具，有对账和退款处理经验优先；
4.熟悉业务操作规则和业务支付系统的相关流程，能熟练应对各项业务需求，熟悉卡组织（Visa/Mastercard/Unionpay）的平台、流程、文件优先；
5.具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力、文字功底及逻辑思维能力；
6.具备主动思考、团队协作及跨团队沟通能力，抗压能力强，有责任心。
