1. 按电路设计要求，完成电源管理芯片模块的版图布局布线。
2. 熟悉芯片的验证流程，独立完成版图的验证与修改工作，包括DRC/LVS/ERC/Antenna等验证；
2，与IC设计师共同完成完成电路版图floorplan，优化匹配，寄生，噪声，IR-drop等。
3，协助IC工程师完成相应的后仿真；
4. 负责layout相关文档的撰写。

任职要求：
1，本科及以上学历，微电子相关专业；
2，熟悉CMOS, BCD的工艺流程。
3，熟悉Virtusuo等版图设计软件，以及验证工具Calibre;
4，熟悉PMIC包括但不限干Buck.LDO.REF等电路的版图设计；
5，需要具备良好的团队意识，能够与团队成员良好沟通。工作积极主动，有良好的学习能力。
