3、熟悉机械设计的基本理论知识，具备模具基础知识，特别是冲模及复合模具；
4、熟悉编制模具制作预算；
5、熟悉冲压工艺编制的流程和方法；
6、熟悉模具设计、制作、维修的流程和方法；
7、了解相关新工艺、新材料、新方法的应用情况。
岗位职责：
1、指导模具工以及现场的操作工进行装卸模具作业、修模作业；
2、根据产品需求，结合公司的实际情况，提出模具的制作需求、必要时出具模具图纸或模具设计变更图纸；
3、根据公司的模具费用（新模制作、委外加工维修等经验数据），以及模具的使用和保养频次等合理规划全年的模具预算及预算实施；
4、全面模具管理，从模具的需求评估开始，到模具报废整个流程的管理（模具的委外加工、维修，供应商管理等）。
5、公司有体系文件（模具台账）支持，合理规划模具的新模制作、保养以及报废。
