1．主要职责：根据业务需求进行系统模块的技术文档编写及设计；准确理解需求并且开发出高质量的代码；参与方案讨论、技术研究及系统设计参与解决开发中的技术难题；能独立开发与维护业务系统。
2．条件要求：
本科学历及以上，高级工程师工作经验5年以上，中级工程师工作经验3年以上。
（1）熟练掌握Python、Java、C++中一种或多种编程语言；
（2）熟悉提示词工程、智能体、检索增强、知识图谱相关技术，熟练使用AI辅助编码；
（3）掌握SpringMVC、MyBatis、SpringCloud、zookeeper等后端开发框架；
（4）精通SQL语句编写以及数据库性能优化，熟练使用达梦、金仓等国产化数据库；熟悉MongoDB数据库优先；
（5）熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉RabbitMQ、Redis等常用中间件；
（6）熟悉Linux基本操作，熟悉银河麒麟等国产化操作系统优先。
（7）具有良好的编程习惯，代码结构清晰，命名规范，能设计出高效合理，易读易扩展的程序结构；
（8）具有良好的语言表达能力，善于与人沟通、合作，有良好的团队意识，及高度责任心；
（9）热爱软件开发技术，积极上进，学习能力强，能承受较强的工作压力。
