2、负责DFT相关工作：jtag验证, scan, bscan, Mbist & repair 和ATPG 等；
3、完成芯片设计过程中相关的Timing/Power-IR分析和收敛；
4、负责CP/FT测试向量的测试支持，故障诊断，良率提升等；
5、负责DFT 所有测试项的前后仿验证工作，并提供测试向量；
任职要求：
1、微电子相关专业，8年及以上DFT工作经验；
2、熟悉数字电路设计,仿真验证,综合与时序分析；
3、熟练掌握DFT相关EDA 工具以及相关DFT 原理；
4、具备大规模SOC芯片Full Chip DFT经验，具备2.5D/3D经验优先；
5、具备较强的责任心，工作主动性与分析解决问题的能力。
