岗位描述
1、按照公司项目管理流程，与产品、测试等岗位协作，进行后台相关业务的系统设计开发，输出高质量的技术方案和代码；
2、结合客户业务场景，分析产品需求，进行概要设计、详细设计，编写高质量的技术文档；
3、进行接口设计，编写核心代码，高效解决开发中的技术问题；
4、搭建和改进开发框架，保证系统的高可用性和稳定性，持续优化和扩展服务等。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉ai使用完成开发；
2、基础知识扎实，熟练运用至少一种开发语言（php，python），会用另外一种语言做简单开发；具有良好的编码习惯，代码风格简洁，能熟练使用工具进行代码性能分析和性能优化；
3、熟练使用Linux，有基本的运维能力，能部署上线代码；
4、熟练使用thinkphp5.1,mysql,redis，有web网站开发经验；
5、熟悉Web Api，熟悉socket编程，对网络架构BS/CS有一定理解；
6、具有较强的自驱力、学习能力、逻辑思维能力、独立分析和解决问题的能力，极强的执行力和较好沟通能力，能够分清主次抓住重点，善于总结反思和举一反三；
7、具有较强的责任心、团队合作精神和协作能力，具备良好的服务意识，能承担一定的工作压力，同时能够接受出差，现场对接开发等。
