2、AI技术整合与应用：

探索Agent技术在实际业务中的落地场景（如自动化流程、决策支持）；
协助算法团队实现模型服务化，完成API封装与性能调优。
3、运维与部署保障：
参与服务的容器化部署、监控（Prometheus/Grafana）及日常运维；
排查系统瓶颈，优化服务器资源利用率，保障系统稳定性与高可用性；
熟悉CI/CD流程，推动自动化运维实践。
4、数据处理与清洗：
对业务中的结构化/非结构化数据进行清洗、去噪及标准化处理；
设计数据质量监控机制，确保输入输出数据的准确性与一致性。
工作要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程相关专业，3年以上Python开发经验。
2、熟悉Django框架、ORM、中间件等核心模块。
3、了解大模型基础原理，有RAG应用经验（如LangChain/LlamaIndex框架使用）。
4、掌握Linux基础运维，能独立完成Nginx配置、日志分析、性能调优。
5、具备数据清洗经验，了解常见数据质量问题解决方案。
6、良好的编码习惯，熟悉Git协作，有单元测试/压力测试经验。
加分项：
1、有LLM微调、Agent框架开发经验。
2、熟悉向量数据库（PgVector）、ElasticSearch等检索工具。
3、具备基础机器学习知识（如PyTorch）
