岗位职责：
1、销售推广支持：与销售团队合作，完成产品演示，让推动产品顺利导入（售前工作）；
2、产品的现场技术支持：指导客户使用公司产品，配合客户进行产品评估及测试，解答客户提出的与产品相关的技术问题；帮助客户解决使用过程中遇到的各类雷达相关的问题（售中工作）；
3、收集客户需求与问题：收集客户对产品的技术需求，交由内部评估技术需求方案。在产品测试验证阶段，向研发反馈测试中的问题，跟进研发进行相关问题的快速解决，配合研发针对客户的问题给出的改善方案进行效果确认（售中及售后工作）；
4、与客户保持深入的沟通和交流，为客户提供有效的产品建议和支持。

任职要求：
1、熟练使用word、PPT等办公软件；
2、本科及以上学历，电子类、自动化类、计算机类或相关专业；3年及以上消费类电子行业FAE（售前/售中/售后均涉及）工作经验；若具有激光雷达，机器人、传感器产品FAE相关工作经验，学历可放宽至大专；
3、对于硬件和软件有一定的理解甚至是开发能力，能够熟悉使用示波器，万用便等测试仪器；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够适应短期出差；
5、有较强的问题分析处理能力，有一定的抗压能力。
