岗位职责：
1、完成OCT熔深检测算法开发，参与检测链路中的算法设计与实现：预处理、特征提取、测量/定位、结果判定等；
2、基于实测或仿真数据完成建模、参数调优，评估精度、重复性、速度与鲁棒性；
3、使用 C/C++ 开发算法模块，配合封装 DLL/SDK 供软件层调用；
4、与硬件、软件同事联调，分析实验与现场数据，迭代算法；
5、编写算法说明、参数配置与测试报告。

任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、自动化、测控、电子信息、光学工程、应用物理等相关专业；
2、具备信号处理或图像处理之一的基础与实践经验，例如：
(1)信号：FFT、滤波、拟合、峰值/边缘检测、降噪等；
(2)图像：OpenCV常用算子、分割、轮廓/边缘、形态学、模板匹配等；
(3)三维点云处理、特征提取；
3、熟练 C/C++ ，cuda，Python等，具备代码开发与调试能力；
4、学习意愿强，逻辑清晰，能阅读技术文档并基于数据迭代优化。

工作地点：前期-浙江海宁（提供住宿），中后期-上海
