岗位职责：
1.负责民品物资、生产保障物供应商开发、谈判、合同签订、跟踪执行等采购相关工作。
2.负责及时跟踪掌握职责内物资市场价格行情，定期出具行情分析报告。
3.负责对职责内各类物资的使用情况（用量、成本、寿命、性价比等）进行分析。
4.负责建立并不断更新物料安全库存，对库存情况实时跟进和优化。
5.负责集采平台的合规应用、数据统计。
6.负责协助部门负责人推进本部门合规管理工作，接受合规牵头部门的业务指导、培训和监督。
7.完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.双一流本科以上学历，财会、机械及自动化、材料、采购等相关专业。
2.能够熟练使用计算机及其应用软件，熟悉采购管理相关制度，熟练使用集采平台，具有一定的数据采集和分析能力。
3.具备较强的沟通协调能力，清晰的工作思路和工作条理；具备一定的管理能力、谈判能力。
