10、能够熟练使用Vue.js及相关生态（Vuex, Vue Router, Element UI/Ant Design Vue等）独立完成中后台业务前端页面的开发。
11、注重前端用户体验与性能优化，确保页面响应迅速、交互流畅。
12、与产品经理、UI设计师紧密协作，将设计稿高质量转化为交互功能。
13、参与需求评审、技术方案设计、代码评审和系统部署等全研发流程。
