1. 参与相关产品需求讨论,评审和软件设计；

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年及以上工作经验；
2. 扎实的计算机基础和编程功底，熟练掌握数据结构及常用算法，较强的业务敏感度；
3. 精通 Java 技术栈，多线程，垃圾回收机制，能够快速阅读理解相关开源框架代码并做优化，如主流的应用框架、RPC框架、缓存、消息等中间件，对分布式系统设计、并发编程、网络编程、性能调优有丰富的经验；
4. 充满技术激情，持续学习心态，追求整洁代码，追求卓越架构；
5. 微服务和分布式系统：具备深入的分布式系统和微服务架构设计经验，了解容器化技术（如Docker和Kubernetes）；
6. 数据库专业知识：精通SQL和关系数据库的高级操作、性能调优、分布式数据库系统以及NoSQL数据库的设计和使用；
7. 熟悉主流开发框架，如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等，并有实际项目开发经验；
8. 熟悉分布式系统的设计与应用，了解分布式、缓存、消息队列等机制，能够合理选择和应用技术解决方案。
