岗位职责
1. 参与项目的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计及技术文档编写；
2. 负责项目功能设计及功能实现的工时评估；
3. 负责需求相关的数据库设计，并交付数据库设计文档；
4. 按照公司规范进行代码编写，并完成单元测试，保证交付代码质量；
5. 完成日常开发工作，解决开发中的技术问题；
6. 协助完成项目的测试、系统交付工作，对项目实施提供支持。
任职要求
1. 学历与经验：全日制统招专科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，具备5年以上Java/Python开发经验；
2. 技术栈：熟练掌握 Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等技术应用，了解其基本实现原理；
3. 数据与中间件：熟悉 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis、RabbitMQ 等中间件，熟悉数据库系统层面的设计；
4. AI技能：熟悉至少一种主流 AI 框架（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow），了解模型训练、推理；
5. 运维能力：熟悉linux系统，熟悉CI/CD工具链，能搭建自动化流水线，掌握Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术，
6. 编码与习惯：具备规范化的代码编写习惯，较强的需求理解能力，良好的测试与总结习惯；
7. 软技能：工作积极主动，责任心强，事业心强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；
8. 抗压能力：具备较强的抗压能力，能适应项目节奏。

加分项
- 有 LLM 应用开发、智能对话系统、RAG 落地等项目经验；
- 熟悉 Java 与 Python 混合开发，能在 Java 服务中高效调用 AI 模型；
