一、岗位职责
1. 参与Android应用的日常开发工作，包括功能开发、问题修复、性能优化等
2. 配合团队完成应用商店隐私合规相关改造，包括权限申请流程优化、隐私弹窗与隐私协议更新、隐私检测工具适配等
3. 协助优化应用权限使用逻辑，确保应用符合各大应用商店（如华为、小米、应用宝、OPPO、vivo等）的*新隐私合规要求
4. 参与自定义UI组件的开发与维护，包括组件扩展、样式优化、组件事件交互处理等
5. 配合后端、测试团队，保证项目需求按时按质落地
二、任职要求
1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业在读
2. 熟悉Android基础知识体系，包括四大组件、布局、生命周期、网络请求、常用 UI 控件等
3. 熟练掌握Kotlin语言基础，了解协程（Coroutines）优先
4. 有一定 Android 项目经验（课程项目也可），能独立运行和调试 Demo
5. 对以下方向有了解或有兴趣者优先：
隐私权限规范（权限动态申请、敏感权限使用规范、隐私合规整改）
自定义View / 自定义控件
Android Jetpack（ViewModel、LiveData、Room 等）
6. 具备较好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力与沟通协作能力
7. 认真负责，能够按时完成分配的开发工作
三、加分项
1. 有Git、Gradle使用经验
2. 有个人开源项目或实习经验
3. 了解移动端安全、合规检测流程（如MT管控、华为隐私检测、OPPO安全检测等）
工作时间：周一-周五，9：00-18：30（午休1.5h).
实习补贴：本科生120/出勤日，研究生200/出勤日。食宿自理，介意勿投
