Sinotrans Logistics East China Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the East China Company) is a subsidiary of Sinotrans Logistics Co., Ltd. in the East China region and serves as the core force for contract logistics business in East China. The headquarters of the East China Company is located in Baoshan District, Shanghai. The East China Company has five branches (Fengxian, Taicang, Kunshan, Jiaxing, Hangzhou) and simultaneously operates five city companies (Yangzhou, Ningbo, Zhenjiang, Nanchang, Nanjing). The total warehousing area of the East China Company is 1,014,319 square meters, of which the self-owned warehouse area is 339,999 square meters, the customs-supervised area is 14,500 square meters, the hazardous chemicals warehouse area is 43,500 square meters, and the cold chain warehouse area is 29,414 square meters. The East China Company has a professional self-operated fleet, managing 32 self-owned vehicles, and also possesses transportation resources covering more than 1,000 controllable vehicles of various types. As a result, the East China Company has established a service network covering core cities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and other regions. The East China Company is a professional third-party logistics service provider, mainly engaged in full supply chain management and the provision and execution of solutions, including professional logistics, warehousing and value-added services, and consulting. It can provide customers with a variety of professional logistics services, including multimodal transport, freight forwarding, cold chain and hazardous chemicals, dedicated distribution lines, warehousing planning, inventory management, secondary processing, performance documentation, solution design, optimization and improvement, etc.
