工作职责：
1.负责组织制定、完善公司安全生产战略、政策与管理制度，建立健全安全生产责任体系与长效考核机制。
2.督促公司分管业务的其他负责人按照“管业务必须管安全”的要求履行安全生产职责，贯彻执行安全生产方针政策、法律法规规章等规定；督促各部门、各岗位落实安全生产责任制。
3.负责管理公司安全管理机构、安全管理人员及应急救援队伍，撤换不称职的安全管理人员和应急救援人员，向生产经营单位分支机构和生产经营场所派驻安全管理人员。
4.组织或参与公司生产安全事故调查，制定纠正与预防措施，建立事故统计台账，开展趋势分析与案例教育。
5.代表公司与各级应急管理、职业健康等监管部门保持沟通，维护良好关系，确保公司合规运营。
6.监督指导高风险作业（如检修、动火、受限空间等）的许可管理与现场执行，确保作业过程合规受控。
7.负责公司安全生产许可证等证照的申办、维护，以及新建、改建、扩建项目的安全“三同时”审查与验收。
8.履行安全生产法律法规规章规定的其他职责和及公司主要负责人交办的其他安全生产工作。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，安全工程或化工类相关专业；
2.具有十年及以上化工相关安全管理工作经验，有磷化工相关工作经验优先；
3.熟悉化工生产特征、熟悉安全管理知识和技术知识及相关法律法规；
4.具有良好的领导能力、管理能力、组织协调能力。
5.拥有中级注册安全工程师（化工方向）及安全管理相关证书。
