一、岗位职责：
1.负责公司核心数据库（SqlServer、Oralce、MySQL、Doris等）的稳定性保障体系建设，确保金融级数据服务的高可用和数据安全，保障业务连续性；
2.负责演进数据库基础架构，设计并实施多机房容灾、故障自动切换、数据一致性保障等架构方案，支撑业务高速发展的同时提升数据库可用率；
3.建设数据库全链路的故障发现、根因定位、故障自愈能力，包括 SQL 审核、慢查询治理、索引优化、执行计划分析等，提供业务无感的数据库保障；
4.定期为研发、项目交付团队输出数据库技术培训，规范数据库应用要求，从源头降低数据库故障风险。
二、岗位能力及素养：
1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上专职DBA经验，熟悉各种环境下的数据库全流程运维，具备独立处理线上突发数据库故障的能力；
2.精通SQLServer、Oracle、MySQL、Doris、Redis等数据库内核原理、主从复制机制、事务与锁机制、高可用机制等；
3.熟悉数据库全量/增量备份、恢复、异构数据迁移、容灾方案设计，可独立完成相关方案的落地执行；
4.可独立编写Shell/Python运维脚本，实现批量巡检、数据校验等日常运维自动化场景；
5.具备生产级数据库分库分表设计、高可用集群部署、数据库内核开发等经验者优先。
