1、负责公司制度、流程的合规审查，结合公司内部控制要求，提出制度、流程优化建议，督促各部门推进落地；
2、负责公司合规体系运行监督评价等相关工作；
3、负责组织各部门开展年度CG自我检证工作；
4、负责构建合规宣贯体系，致力于培育、宣传合规文化；
5、负责对应股东公司监察、联络及整改督办；
6、负责系内与合规管理相关工作及DOA等工作；
7、上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、具备项目全过程合规管理、制度/通用技术标准制定、熟悉公司体系流程；
2、熟悉相关法律法规，具备一定的风险识别、评估及自主管理能力，有会计专业的优先；
3、熟悉电脑操作知识，熟练使用Office办公软件，能较好应用EXC函数运算；
4、较强的语言和文字表达能力，较强的协调沟通和组织管理能力，较强的理解能力和综合概括能力；
6、具备较强的跨部门协调能力、组织能力和执行力；
7、工作热情高，自信、乐观，积极向上，勤学好问，肯钻研，具备不断改善思维，勇于挑战自我，有较强责任心及担当精神。
