3、使用 Kafka等消息中间件实现异步消息、事件驱动处理，保障业务流程解耦与可靠性；
4、负责 MySQL、Oracle 数据库表设计、SQL 编写、索引优化、事务管控，保障金融数据一致性；
5、参与 CI/CD 持续集成发布流程，规范代码提交、构建、自动化部署流程；
6、线上问题排查、性能优化、bug 修复，编写接口文档、技术设计文档；
7、协同产品、测试、业务人员沟通需求，清晰理解业务逻辑，主动输出技术建议。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、3 年及以上 Java 后端开发实战经验；
3、精通 SpringBoot 开发框架，熟悉 MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus/hibernate 等ORM持久层框架；
4、熟练使用 Kafka\RocketMq等消息队列，具备真实项目异步场景落地经验；
5、熟练掌握 MySQL、Oracle，懂索引优化、慢 SQL 治理、事务处理；
6、具备 CI/CD 落地经验（Git、Jenkins、容器等任意流水线实践）；
7、有融资租赁 / 供应链金融 / 信贷类业务系统开发经验优先（加分项）；
8、具备良好业务理解能力、沟通表达能力，逻辑清晰，具备金融系统严谨意识；
9、有对外第三方系统对接、数据同步开发经验优先。
