1. Customer Communication – Be the key point of contact fcustomer SQE / Purchasing staff with regards to quality matters. Build good relationships with customer contacts.

2. Customer Complaints – Ensure that customer complaints are reported taken actions in a timely manner. Lead 8D activity to ensure good root cause analysis effective corrective / preventive actions. Carry out verification of effectiveness of actions taken
客户投诉——确保客户投诉能及时上报并采取行动。主导 8D 活动，确保做好根本原因分析，并采取有效的纠正/预防措施。对所采取措施的有效性进行验证。
3. Customer Requirements - Understall customer requirements including product acceptance standards. Ensure that these a properly documented included in NPI Production plans
客户要求 - 了解所有客户要求，包括产品验收标准。确保这些要求得到妥善记录，并纳入新产品导入（NPI）和生产计划中。
4. Customer audit -- Lead customer process audit visit, join system/EHS audit to fully understcustomers requirement
客户审核——主导客户流程审核与访问，参与体系/环境健康安全审核，全面了解客户需求
5. Internal Communication - Ensure effective communications with both Operations Sales staff of customer complaints, corrective actions, project database, include internal DPPM, customer feedback other specific instructions
内部沟通 - 确保与运营和销售团队就客户投诉、纠正措施、项目数据库（包括内部缺陷率、客户反馈或其他具体指示）进行有效沟通。
6. NPI – Participate in Design /Gate reviews ensuring that customer quality requirements are captured in the NPI plan are properly translated manufacturing requirements.
新产品导入（NPI）——参与设计/门评审，确保客户质量要求被纳入新产品导入计划，并正确转化为制造要求。
7. Process Control – Participate in development of FMEAs Process Control plans to ensure robust process controls are implemented to ensure customer requirements are met.
过程控制——参与失效模式及后果分析（FMEA）和过程控制计划的制定，以确保实施稳健的过程控制，从而满足客户要求。
8. Containment Support – Where necessaryganize lead onsite sorting / inspection of defective product at customers’ site. Plan execute sorting activity to maximize efficiency in support of customer build plans minimize cost to factory
遏制支持——必要时组织并领导在客户现场对有缺陷的产品进行现场分拣/检验。规划并执行分拣活动，以限度地提高效率，支持客户的生产计划，并降低工厂成本。
9. Work with RD& Sourcing to support developing supplier in NPI Stage. Support SQE to solve supplier issue in daily basis.
与研发及采购部门合作，支持新供应商在新产品导入阶段的发展。协助供应商质量工程师解决供应商日常出现的问题。
10. Carry out internal process audit to make sure process met customer’s requirement.
进行内部流程审核，以确保流程符合客户要求。
11. Provide necessary training guidance fall QCs.
为所有质量控制人员提供必要的培训和指导。
12. Maintain improve quality system, environment system
维护并改进质量体系、环境体系
