一、岗位职责
后端模块开发，完成接口设计、数据处理、算法工程化落地等工作，保障代码质量与功能实现。
方案设计：参与产品需求拆解与技术方案制定，独立完成所负责模块的设计、编码、测试及上线，解决开发过程中的技术难点。
技术优化：参与现有系统架构优化、性能调优及技术债清理，调研并落地 Python 生态新技术（如大模型应用、异步框架等），提升系统稳定性与研发效率。
协作交付：与产品、测试等跨部门团队协作，完成联调测试、版本交付及问题修复；编写接口文档、运维手册等技术文档，保障研发流程规范。
团队协作：参与代码评审，指导初级开发工程师，推动团队代码规范落地，配合搭建内部研发知识库，提升团队整体技术能力。
二、岗位要求
3-5 年 Python 开发经验，熟练掌握 Python 核心语法、数据结构及常用设计模式。
精通 Django/Flask/FastAPI 至少一种 Web 框架，熟练掌握异步编程（asyncio）、RESTful API 设计规范。
熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，掌握 Redis/MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库，具备数据库索引优化、查询优化能力。
熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Git 版本控制、Docker 容器化部署，了解 CI/CD 流程优先。
具备数据处理、算法工程化落地经验，有AI大模型应用、智能运维、医疗行业开发经验优先。
具备独立分析和解决技术问题的能力，能独立完成模块设计与全流程开发。
良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能高效对接需求、推进项目进度。
有严格的代码规范意识，重视单元测试、代码评审，具备良好的文档编写习惯。
具备持续学习能力，愿意跟进 Python 生态新技术，参与技术创新与研发效能提升工作。

有智能运维平台开发经验优先。
