岗位职责：
1、CNC编程2年以上实际工作经验，具有较强的识图能力，一定的精密零件加工工艺技术、检测、质量控制知识。
2、根据产品图纸、3D模型及工艺要求，进行加工工艺分析，制定合理的加工方案；熟悉工程塑胶材料加工者优先。
3、熟练运用Mastercam、UG/NX等编程软件，进行程序编制，选择刀具、切削参数设定。（会MASTERCAM者优先）；
4、负责产品加工工艺的优化和创新，建立健全的技术资料并形成标准；正确、规范地管理数模文档。
5、解决处理CNC加工过程中所出现的异常，对程序进行校对和优化；指导CNC技术员完成各类工件的加工、调试。
6、协助主管做好技术管理、文档管理、生产计划等工作；与其他部门进行良好的沟通与合作。
任职要求：
1、男女不限，高中以上文化，年龄25-45岁，有发那科系统调机经验的优先。
2、品行端正，工作态度认真，责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调能力，学习能力和团队合作意识。
3、掌握各种数控加工刀具的专业知识，以及辅助工装夹具的设计；熟悉微小径刀具的加工特性的优先。
4、具备良好的问题解决能力，能够迅速定位和解决CNC操作中的技术难题。
