岗位职责：
1.负责APS（高级计划与排程）系统的算法研发，包括但不限于生产调度、资源分配、路径优化等问题的建模与求解。
2.结合业务需求，设计高效的优化算法（如线性规划、整数规划、启发式算法、元启发式算法等），提升排程系统的智能化水平。
3.与产品、业务团队紧密合作，理解生产计划与供应链管理的实际需求，优化算法在实际场景中的落地效果。
4.跟踪学术界和工业界在APS相关算法的*新进展，持续改进现有算法方案。
5.编写高质量的算法文档，并进行技术分享，推动团队算法能力的提升。
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、运筹学、工业工程、自动化、数学等相关专业。
2.熟悉APS相关算法，如生产调度（Job Shop Scheduling）、资源分配（Resource Allocation）、约束优化（Constraint Optimization）等，有实际项目经验者优先。
3.扎实的算法基础，熟练掌握运筹优化算法（如LP、MIP、动态规划、遗传算法、模拟退火等）。
4.熟练使用Python/Java/C++等编程语言，熟悉常用优化工具（如CPLEX、Gurobi、OR-Tools等）。
5.具备良好的数学建模能力，能够将业务问题抽象为优化问题并求解。
6.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够推动算法在业务中的落地。
